#2 What is your pleasure? What type of menu are you looking for?  Surf and Turf, French, Italian, Asian, Mexican, Vegan, Paleo ~we can do them all.

After we choose your menu, your chef will plan the shopping. We only purchase the best, freshest ingredients we can find. Our butchers use antibiotic free, grass fed and often organic meats and poultry. We look for farm fresh produce and organic at our local markets. We have an abundance of fresh produce, year round here in California.  So we plan our menus to take advantage of the seasonal favorites. Asparagus is making it’s appearance right now and our cream of asparagus soup is legendary. We can even add a Parmesan custard to make it really special. 

 

We will wash all the produce and pre-measure all ingredients.  Your chef experience dinner party should be about fun and learning technique, skip all the boring stuff.
