We can show you how to make awesome pan seared steak. French wine reduction sauces to go with your steak. Pick a side of risotto, parsley potatoes or wild mushroom ragout. Save room for your dessert too. Creme Brulee, Chocolate Mousse, Poached Pears with Wine Sauce, pick your favorite.

We can help you learn to prepare fresh pasta, duck breast with Port wine sauce, salmon wellington, seafood jambalaya and so much more.
How does it work?
Our professional personal chef will purchase the highest quality ingredients available. We recommend using organic foods and locally grown produce when possible. We offer seasonal menus to take advantage of the wonderful year round growing season in California.
We will bring any equipment necessary to prepare you meal. If you have always wanted to try searing on cast iron, we can show you how. We can tell you how to keep you cast iron in perfect condition and the best places to find great cookware.
Need to learn some knife skills? We can show you and your guests how to safely use you knife and proper proper knife cuts. Knowing how to use a knife will make cooking so much more fun.
After your delicious cooking class dinner party meal is prepared, we can leave you and your guests to enjoy the fruits of their labor. Or we can stay and serve your guests a formal plated meal and clean up afterwards.
