French Cuisine Day: Fluffy Cheese Soufflé ,  Crepes with two fillings: Vanilla Cream and Summer Vegetable Sauté and Cream Puffs
Skills to master: Danger zone, cutting board safety, measuring, blending, mirepoix, simmer, sauté, knife skill cuts, skillet basics, baking  and presentation

Asian Cuisine Day: Baked Egg Rolls, Perfect Steamed Rice, Vegetable Stir Fry with Coconut Sauce and Chocolate Dipped Fortune Cookies
Skills to master: Dry heat and wet heat method, mise en place, smoke points, knife cut skills, stovetop safety, stir fry, simmer, sauces, dipping chocolate and recipe development  

Mexican Cuisine Day: Chicken Tostada, Fresh Corn Tortillas,  Salad, Pico De Gallo, Guacamole, Refried Beans, Dessert Nachos
Skills to master: The safe zone, cross contamination, recipe formulas, menu timing, knife cut skills, cast iron cooking, melding flavors, enhancing with spices, buffet presentation and lastly, grocery list preparation 

Italian Cuisine Day: Risotto, Caramelized Vegetables, Dessert Pizza
Skills to master: Stove top safety, sauté, simmer, reduction, caramelization, Maillard reaction, yeast proofing, kneading, knife basics and finally, team recipe challenge preparation

International Team Challenge Day:  Burger Challenge Competition 
Skills to present: Stove top safety, recipe execution,  blending skills, cast iron skills, knife skills,  plating and presentation  

The price for membership is $295.00 now. Customers in CA will be charged 7.75% tax.
