Both weeks are all about learning basic baking skills using classic French recipes and basic techniques such as folding, piping, blending, decorating, working with chocolate and more.
Session #1 December 19th – 21st: French pastry level I (Macaroons, eclairs, black & white cookies and more)
All kids cooking classes are taught by professional chefs.
All of our cooking classes for kids and baking classes for kids require no previous experience. We will work with your child using safe and proven methods. Your Junior Chef Baker will learn new skills while preparing a delicious treats to enjoy each day. Our recipes are designed to help kids learn through repetition with hands-on instruction from a professional chef.
Our classes are grouped according to age and ability. This is a perfect place for teens to really explore working as a professional. Our cooking class for teens and kids will groups kids of similar ages and ability. All will practice working in a team, just like in a real restaurant or bakery kitchen. Artful Chefs is well known in the area for our corporate cooking class team building events, kids parties and professional personal chef services. We love to share culinary skills with kids.
