Chili Cook Off Team Building Events are hot!
Chili Cook Off Team Building is an evening of spicy fun. It will inspire your teams. We have what you crave, something unique and full of fun. It’s competition with knives, peppers and heat.
This Chili Cook Off team building event was held in La Jolla at the Marriott. This San Diego team building event is just one of the culinary team building events offered by Artful Chefs. The Chili Cook Off Team Event provides a true competitive atmosphere for an evening of filled with fun.
Of course we prepared some fantastic appetizers for all to enjoy before the thrilling Chili Cook Off Team Event began. On the menu was:

Savory Cheddar and Jalapeno Jelly Cookies.

Chili Cream Black Olives with Tabasco.

Rockin Guacamole.

Roasted Chipotle Salsa.

Roasted Pepper Salsa.

Fresh Veggies and Avocado Sauce Dip.
Each of the teams made their own version chili for the judge. We provided all of the ingredients and equipment. We showed the teams how to get the most flavor out of their ingredients in under an hour. Contestants chose their ingredients to create their chili. One of the teams created a vegetarian chili which was well received by the special guest judge.
During the cook off event, special challenges were given by Chefs. The challenge winners could choose additional ingredients for their chili.
The Distinguished Judge for this San Diego team event was the manager of Food and Beverage for the Marriott. She tasted each of the chilis and tallied the points. It was close but a clear winning team was chosen and named Chili Cook Off Culinary Masters.
After the event, everyone enjoyed dinner.
