A dinner party where you can spend time with old friends and enjoy a delicious meal. What could be better? Artful Chefs has the answer. Hire one of our professional personal chefs to teach a cooking class for you and your friends. Our cooking class dinner party events will give you the option to choose a menu which everyone will love. We will do all of the shopping for you. We will go to the best markets for the freshest organic and quality foods we can find. We will bring it to your kitchen. After we have washed all of the produce and prepped all of the herbs, we will begin planning your chef experience. You can learn all about preparing great sauces with wine and fresh juices.
These ladies enjoyed a fresh pear salad. We poached the pears in a spiced red wine. We pickled mandarin orange peel and red onions. Toasted walnuts and shelled snap peas and reduced the spice wine. To finish the sauce for the salad, we added walnut oil and rice vinegar. DELICIOUS.
Next we created spring rolls and dipping sauces. We used some of the same red wine reduction, we added sesame oil and a little tamari to create a beautiful red sauce. We also made a tangy bright green mint and cilantro sauce.
The ladies enjoyed these while the sun was setting in the patio behind the drop off pool…
Later we created a beautiful vegetable stir fry in our wok with a medley for the main course.
The evening was a delicious success and all of the guests enjoyed learning more about creative ways to prepare Asian dishes with our personal chef.
