We prepare customized seasonal menus for each event we agree to do. We use grass feed and hormone free beef. We purchase fresh, not frozen organic poultry which is free range. We use local, organic produce whenever possible. Our vendor partners are as passionate about delivering quality foods to their clients as we are. Because we are not tied to any one menu, we can offer a new culinary experience to our clients every time they book an event with us.
We will prepare your food on site to ensure the best flavor. We do not reheat frozen food and pour a sauce over the top. All of our food is prepared from scratch with the finest ingredients available. The flavors you experience will be so different from any other catering company in San Diego. It will be a 5 star experience from start to finish.
Our menus are customized for each of our clients. If you have someone with a food allergy or sensitivity, we can help with that. Our chefs are able to adapt many of our recipes to accommodate any special requests.
If you want a 5 course plated French experience, we can do that. If you want Asian, Italian, Paleo, Vegan we can do that too.
Because we believe you first taste with your eyes, we take a lot of care in presentation. We do not throw our carefully prepared cuisine into chafing dishes and let it dry out. We expect every serving to be as delicious as the first.
